How to make an order on our website
top 1. Browse and search for a productThe fastest way to find a specific product is to select a category from the menu on the left side of our homepage. You can use the Search field which is located on the right side in front of the apple symbol. You can search for a product name, product category, a name of manufacturer and a specific goal, like "weight loss.
2. Inform yourself about the productFor each product you can find information under Description, Recommended Use, Nutrition Facts, Questions & Answers.
3. Specify the quantity and put the product into the shopping cartIf you have chosen a product, click on the green Button "Buy Now". Specify quantity, flavor and size and click on "Add to Shopping Cart". On the next page you see the shopping cart on the right side. You can delete a product by clicking on the "x". If you click on the product name you can change the quantity and the color, ect. In the middle of the page you find Recommended product which could also be interesting for you.
4. Go to CheckoutNow you can either continue shopping and add more items to your shopping cart or click on the "Go to Checkout" button to start the Checkout.
5. Create your AccountIf this is your first time shopping at our website, enter your eMail address and your passwort under "I am a new customer". Then click "Continue".
If you have shopped with us before, simply enter your e-Mail address and password under "I am a returning customer" and click "Continue".
7. Enter your addressEnter your name, address and phone number. If you have a different delivery address, click "Send my order to a different address" below the address block and enter your delivery address. Then click "Continue".
8. Select a payment methodChoose your preferred method of payment and enter the required info. Then click "Continue".
9. Review and place your orderYou can still edit the Shipping address, Payment method or the Quantity of your order.
On this page you can also redeem coupons. Just enter the coupon code and click "Redeem Coupon".
If everything is correct, click "Send Order". All your personal information such as credit card number, name and address are encrypted (SSL - Secure Socket Layer) so that it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the Internet.
If you choose PayPal as you payment method, you will be transfered to the Paypal website after clicking "Send Order". After finishing the payment with PayPal you will be transferred back to the NutraSport Website, where you can review your order confirmation.
10. Order ConfirmationYou will get an order confirmation on your sceen. We will also send you an eMail with all the details or your order and an order number. Please use this number if you contact us concerning your order.
11. Shipping ConfirmationAfter we have shipped your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation by eMail with the postal tracking code.
How can I change or cancel my order?
top If you have made an order online and want to change or cancel it, log into My Account on our website and check if your order is still in progress or has already been completed.You can change or cancel orders which are still in progress. Simply call us and we will do it for you. If your order has already been shipped, please refuse the parcel. This way it will be sent back to us immediately. At the same time please inform us that the order will be sent back to us.
