topMost of the products offered on our web site are constantly in stock. If an item should be out of stock we will inform you by eMail. We process your order immediately and usually it should be ready for shipping within 24 hours. Please add this timeframe to the delivery time shown below to calculate the approximate arrival time at your destination.

COD charges
topWe offer payment by Cash on Delivery for shipments to Germany and Austria. In that case you pay your order directly to the postman when you receive your package. If you are not at home, he will leave a note to let you know at which post office you can pick up your package.
- COD charges Austria: In Austria we will cover the COD charges in full.
- COD charges Germany: In Germany we also cover the COD charges. But the Deutsche Post will collect 2,- Euro upon delivery as a fee to process the payment. We do not have any influence concerning these charges. You can save these costs by choosing another payment method.
Partial Shipments
topWe will inform you by eMail about the approximate delivery date if an item is out of stock at the moment. As your per instruction we will split your order and ship the available items immediately or we wait and ship the complete order as soon as everything is in stock. For partial shipments we charge shipping costs only once if applicable.
Delivery to Switzerland
top 1. VAT RefundAll prices on our website include VAT. The VAT will be deducted at the end of the order process if the shipping address is in Switzerland. This means, the price of all products is reduced by 3%.
2. Import Charges for deliveries to Switzerland
During import into Switzerland, the following import charges may apply:
13 CHF - for parcels with a value up to 500 CHF
30 CHF - for parcels with a value of more than 500 CHF
3. Swiss VAT is charged upon import The invoice amount PLUS the above custom charges are the base from which the VAT is calculated. The VAT in Switzerland is 2,5%. No VAT applies for shipments with a value below 200 CHF.
Delivery outside of the European Union (EU)
topSome Customs- and Import charges may apply during the import into your country. Please ask your Customs Officials about Charges and Import Regulations before ordering. NutraSport is not responsible for any Customs- and Import charges which may apply.
