Most of the products offered on our web site are constantly in stock. If an item should be out of stock we will inform you by eMail. We process your order immediately and usually it should be ready for shipping within 24 hours. Please add this timeframe to the delivery time shown below to calculate the approximate arrival time at your destination.

COD charges

We offer payment by Cash on Delivery for shipments to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In that case you pay your order directly to the postman when you receive your package. If you are not at home, he will leave a note to let you know at which post office you can pick up your package.

- COD charges Austria: In Austria we cover the COD charges in full.

- COD charges Germany: In Germany we also cover the COD charges. But the Deutsche Post will collect 2,00 Euro upon delivery as a fee to process the payment. We do not have any influence concerning these charges. You can save these costs by choosing another payment method.

- COD charges Switzerland: COD shipments in Switzerland are very expensive. Therefore we are not able to cover these costs. The Swiss Post will collect the COD charges (15 Swiss Francs) together with the Total of your order. To avoid these additional costs we recommend to choose a different payment method.


Partial Shipments

We will inform you by eMail about the approximate delivery date if an item is out of stock at the moment. As your per instruction we will split your order and ship the available items immediately or we wait and ship the complete order as soon as everything is in stock. For partial shipments we charge shipping costs only once if applicable.


VAT

All prices listed on our web site include VAT. For deliveries outside of the EU we do not charge VAT. Please note that some import taxes or custom charges may occur. Please contact the customs authority in your country to find out more.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes that vary from country to country. For further information concerning these charges and other import regulations please contact the competent customs authority in your country.
